Baked Potato Topped With Broiled Egg
To Prepare

Bake a large tater until done, then slice off the top

Scoop out insides and mash them with cheese, sour cream, garlic salt & pepper

Refill leaving a scoop out (eat it!) with enough room in which to drop an egg

Crack an egg, season if you wish, but do not beat

Broil until egg is set (only a few minutes in an already warm oven)

Serve with a fresh salad
