Yes, that Blueberry Cobbler
Yes, blueberries. See, blueberry + cobbler = blueberry cobbler! Too funny!

The pictures for this didn't really turn out so well, so you'll just have to use your imagination. Or do an image search for "blueberry cobbler" and see what they look like. Except remember that ours looked about ten times more awesome. And it glowed with love (that's why the pics didn't turn out...too much love glow).

But I'm no slacker; I went and made an oh-so clever word picture. See, blueberries + cobbler = blueberry cobbler!

Filling
1 bag frozen blueberries (fresh is the best, though)
1/2 lemon or a few squirts of lemon juice
1/2 cup white sugar
4 1/2 tablespoons yogurt butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup 1% milk

Crust
1/2 cups white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
sprinkling of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup boiling water (if you use fresh berries you will probably need to use a tad more water)

To Bake
Preheat oven to 350
Spread the blueberries out to cover the bottom of a 11x7 baking dish
Squeeze the lemon juice over them
Stir together the butter, 1/2c. sugar, flour and baking powder with the milk until smooth
Spoon over the berries, spread evenly
Stir together 1/2c. sugar, the salt, and cornstarch; sprinkle over the top of the batter
Sprinkle with cinnamon, then pour the boiling water over the entire dish
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown

Let it cool and serve with ice cream.
