Back to the library

Green Sea Dressing
Into the blender:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil (you can add more later if you want)
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • a couple dashes of lemon juice

And then into the blender:

  • a big ol' handful of organic carrot tops
  • a couple of fresh basil leaves
  • sprinkle of sea salt

And there you go.
