Regular Ol' Breakfast

If you don't know how to fry eggs or toast toast I really can't help you out.

What to do

Chop taters bite size
Microwave til nearly done
Toss in a pan of hot olive oil:

  • Chopped orange & yellow peppers
  • chopped onion
  • chopped garlic
  • the taters

Add sea salt, pepper & any fresh herbs you have (rosemary is perfect!)

For this particular b-fast, I used an organic dried herb blend with sesame seeds.
